Your course will be delivered by Access to Music, the UK’s leading specialist in the field of popular music education. This means access to industry tutors and national music opportunities, as well as practical courses with flexible entry requirements.

Music Performance – These courses are about learning the skills to be a performing and recording artist. It includes Musicianship, Song writing/Composition, Rehearsal Skills, Recording, Release and Distribution, Performance and Marketing & Promotion.

Music Technology – These courses are about gaining the skills to create and mix music using software and hardware. It includes Musicianship, Song writing/Composition, Realisation, Mixing and Recording, Release and Distribution and Marketing & Promotion. You can find out more at accesstomusic.ac.uk

Our main criteria is an ability and passion for music and a dedication to gain skills. You will be invited to an audition/interview where we will assess which course is best for you.

If you are aged 16-19 and have not achieved GCSE grade A*-C in English and maths, any programme you choose will require you to continue studying English and maths.

Lewy Lytton

Following his Music Performance studies at Great Yarmouth, Lewy went onto study a BA (Hons) in Music at University of Westminster.

Lewy won Most Improved Student at the College’s Further Education Awards after being nominated by his tutor for all of his hard work and dedication.

Lewy passed Grade 5 theory on the course as well as developing his performance skills.
